Hope - Goodbye Fear

Hello All,

My mixed media project is inspired by nature.

Nature is our biggest and most influential teacher who shows and teaches us on no matter how bad situation can go, there is always hope!

Nature has its own ways of balancing, sometimes it may seem disasterous and chaotic to us. But at the end it's all for good.

Thats the message I am trying to convey here with my mixed media layout. "Say Goodbye to your fears, because there is always hope. There is light at the end of the tunnel and a silver lining to every dark cloud" 😊

Happy Birthday Mummy - Simple Mixed media photo frame

Hello Everyone,

Here is a simple mixed media project I made for my mother in law for her birthday 😊

I chose the colours she loves the most. Purple, pink, magenta, lilac etc 💕

I used an MDF heart base for this.

Did some stenciling to create texture on the base.

Used Finnabair white gesso to prime my base.

The colours used for this project are all from Lindy's start burst series 💕

This goes perfectly well with the creative embellishments monthly challenge. I am inspired by the colours, flowers and the birthday theme 😊

Penny's Paper-Crafty DT Project - Challenge #476

Hello Friends,

Welcome back to our fortnightly challenge at Penny's Paper-Crafty.

Today I am here with anothe Beautiful card.

I have used water colours to colour the digi stamp. Used stencils from Craftreat to create the background using some Archival inks from Ranger blending in shades of green and blue to match my image. I have also used masking stencils to create that sun. I loved playing with colors in this and just loved the final outcome.

One cool and crazy thing I did this time was to add the skeleton of my die cut elements nearby the sentiment I used. I thought it was way too pretty to throw it off 😁

I've added the sentiments that i thought goes perfectly with the image "All you need is Love🤗" 

I have printed the image on a cardstock paper coloured the image with crayons as my son wanted me to work with crayons only along with him(Tantrums of 2year old I tell you!). I have also used some polka dot pattern papers in pastel shades and a handmade satin bow for adding details. It's super simple and a cute card 💕 I hope you like it too 😊

Live your Dreams - Mixed Media Project

Live your dreams! coz it's all what will matter when you look back 😊

A simple mixed media altered wooden box in which rakhis came last year.

Its a very vibrant piece of art with bright colours. It's for the first time I have tried using glitter foam sheets so evidently and I am happy how it has turned out 😁

For me dance is a stressbuster just like crafting. I love dancing to fast beats as much as I love to do classical dance 😊 I was trained in classical dance when I was in school and so my bonding with dance is very strong. I have chosen the sentiment live your dreams because we often tend to get tangled in between so many different things and forget to live our life! One should live without bothering too much about what others think just the way one should dance like no one's watching 😊 Because it it then we enjoy both our life and our dance 🥰

Mixed media altered mask masquerade 🎭

This project is inspired by the colors and elements of the current month mood board for Nomadic soul diaries 😊

The quote says go out and paint the stars😊 I love painting star lit skies and this time I gave it a twist by using some amazing shades of Amethyst, navy blue, blue and banana yellow to alter a mask I had with me from a New Year party'😍
